ASSOCIATE TRAINING
EXIT’s Department of Training offers expert training for all levels:

"Great Expectations" - Orientation Workshop with EXIT:
Presented six times a year, this full day workshop will prepare you with the tools necessary to begin working as a real estate professional from day one. See the seminar schedule for course listings.

Basic “Jump Start” Training:
Complete on going weekly classes to get you up and successful right away. This course will present you with a broad scope of the real estate industry. See the seminar schedule for course details.

MONITORING & COACHING
At EXIT Realty of Cherry Hill & EXIT 1st United Realty, all new agents are required to team up with an experienced agent or a manager on their first four sides.
Over the years, as we monitored our agents' productivity, we found that some of our agents were earning 2-3 times the national average. We did our research and found that to be a result of our Training Program. So – we expanded our Training Program to an ON-GOING basis. Now, we have on-going training classes every week.
As we continued to monitor our agents’ productivity, we found that some agents were actually producing on a MONTHLY basis, more than the national ANNUAL average – some within their first few months!
We looked very closely into that and found it to be a result of three basic reasons:
  • These agents were attending the training classes on regular and repeat basis.
  • They were continually prospecting with clear and focused prospecting methods and,
  • They had partnered up with an experienced “coaching” agent.
As a result, we made it a policy that every new agent has to partner up with an experienced agent or manager on his or her first four sides. We found that that even though the agent was giving up part of their income on these first four sides, it was allowing them to achieve unparalleled success in a shorter period of time.

Building your “Own Business” and developing a “Successful Team” under the Exit umbrella.
EXIT Realty of Cherry Hill & EXIT 1st United Realty has experienced Real Estate Managers, Trainers, Instructors and Seminar Leaders, all well accomplished in their own field of expertise.
At Exit, we offer our “Advanced Agents” the opportunity to assemble a group of these managers/trainers as their own “Advisory Board” or more like their own “Board of Directors” to help them develop their own Business within the Exit business.
